We ship all our orders at 12PM(Mountain Standard Time), Monday to Friday(excluding some public holidays). Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following day. If paying by PayPal echeck, these can take 3-5 days to clear, so there maybe a delay if paying by this method.

We endeavor to get your order to you in a timely fashion. If there are any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

We will never sell your information onto Third parties. Our website uses 2048-bit Secure Bank-Grade SSL encryption, so you can purchase safely and in confidence. We do NOT store credit card information, once you have placed your order, there are no records of your credit card information.

Should you open a lens and find it defective due to a manufacturing fault or it was damaged during shipping. Please keep the lens in the solution, do not dispose of it and contact the returns department as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: Due to the medical nature of this product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and there is a re-stocking fee of $4.50 per item returned. Refunds are processed within 7-14 days after the goods are received.
